Jakarta DPRD Commission E Chairman, Pantas Nainggolan disclosed, if there are patients using BPJS Kesehatan class III at Pasar Rebo RSUD but the inpatient facility is far short of expectations, the patient will be treated at the class I or II room temporarily.

"Don't refuse patients who use BPJS Kesehatan. I want you (Pasar Rebo RSUD) to provide the inpatient room for BPJS user," he stated, during his visit to Pasar Rebo RSUD, Thursday (11/24).

He went on the say that the hospital's healthcare service is sufficient.

"But if it is already dengue fever season, there will be a buildup of the patient in the hospital. The service must be improved," he stated.

On the other hand, a member of DPRD Commission E, Ramli wanted the hospital not to reject patients by reason of the rooms are full.

"No more complaints of citizens who refused treatment to this hospital because of the unavailability of inpatient rooms," he stressed.

Answering such aspirations, Director of Pasar Rebo RSUD, Tri Noviati explained, her side will maximally provide healthcare service to people who seek treatment. Until now, the number of patients who refer to Pasar Rebo RSUD is nearly 85 percent (BPJS user).

"We'll maximally give our best to the people who want to get treatment here. Thus no more rejection," she disclosed.
